Safety standards and First Aid 

1 Facilities

- Always follow the instructions of the technical staff of the facilities

- People mustn't smoke.

- If you don't hydrate well, you'll feel tired sooner.

2 Pool

- People must wear a hat and flip-flops in the pool area. 

- Running around the pool area is strictly prohibited. No somersaults while diving into the pool.

- If you feel unwell in the pool, ask the lifeguard for help. 

- If you go with children who do not know how to swim, you must bring their bubbles.

3. Gym

- At the gym, you must bring your own towel and comfortable clothing, and it's advisable to have a water bottle.

- Do not shake the machines, bump them, or spill liquids on them.

- If you have hurt yourself in the gym, tell the instructors and they will help you. 

- If you feel very tired, take a break.

- If I were you, I would gradually increase the weight of the weights.

4 Padel

- Wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

- Do not hit the glass with a shovel.
